After the consultation, we take precise measurements of every window — down to the millimetre. At the same time, you finalise your fabric, finish, colour, and operating mechanism choices with the help of our design team.
We create a detailed specification for every window in your project, ensuring that the final product fits perfectly and looks exactly as you imagined.
Your blinds are crafted to exact specifications in our production facility. We use premium-grade materials sourced from trusted suppliers, and every product passes a quality inspection before it leaves our workshop.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days. Rush production is available on request for urgent projects.
Our trained installation team arrives at a time that suits you. We install every blind with care, precision, and respect for your home — walls are protected, surfaces cleaned, and every blind is tested before we leave.

Absolutely. We can fabricate roman and roller blinds using customer-supplied fabric. Our team will advise on fabric weight and suitability before production begins.
All Santi Blinds products are covered by a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. Motorized systems carry an additional 1-year motor warranty from the manufacturer.
